PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

An aromatic and delicately spiced stoneground masala paste to make a classic Korma Curry.

Serves 4-5
Net weight 250g℮

MILD 🌶️

INSTRUCTIONS:

Shopping List:

800g protein (chicken, seafood, lamb, paneer, or vegetables)

50ml yogurt

2 tbsp chopped coriander

HOW TO COOK:

1. Place a large pan over low-medium heat and cook the Korma Masala paste for 2 mins.

2. Add your choice of protein. Stir well for 5 mins to seal.

3. Pour in 250ml hot water. Combine and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low-medium heat according to the cooking guidelines below:

Chicken: 20 mins

Lamb: 40 mins (If using lamb add an extra 100ml water.)

Seafood: 10 mins

Vegetables and Paneer: 15 mins

4. Stir halfway through the cooking time.

5. Add the yogurt and chopped coriander. Stir gently. Cover and simmer for a further 2 mins.

NOTE: Cooking times are a guide only.

Store at room temperature.
Do not consume uncooked. Do not microwave.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.

Fantastic curry

Just the best curry paste! Tastes like fresh ground spices and really makes a homemade curry extra special. No going back to other supermarket brands my curry’s are now THE best!

Easy tasty curry

I have not tried mine yet but purchased them after gifting a set to my son and his girlfriend. They were really impressed with the ease of making a really good curry.

Fathima, I have to write to say WOW. How did you manage to get so much flavour into one little pot? I am astounded. I made a Korma tonight with chicken and although I didn't stay faithful to your recipe ( we are southern softies) the flavours were fantastic and vibrant. I needed you to know how great a product you have, well done and I wish you every success.
