PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A subtle blend of stoneground spices to create the classic Makhani (Butter) Masala Curry.
Serves 4-5
Net weight 250g

MEDIUM 🌶️🌶️

INSTRUCTIONS:

Shopping List:
800g protein (chicken, seafood, lamb, paneer, or vegetables)
2 tbsp. smooth cashew butter
2 tbsp. double cream
2 tbsp butter
2  tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped

HOW TO COOK:

1. Place a large pan over medium heat and cook the Makhani Masala paste and the cashew butter for 2 mins.
2. Add your choice of protein. Stir well for 5 mins to seal.
3. Pour in 250ml hot water. Combine and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low-medium heat according to the cooking guidelines below:
Chicken: 20 mins
Lamb: 40 mins (If using lamb add an extra 100ml water.)
Seafood: 10 mins
Vegetables and Paneer: 15 mins
4. Stir halfway through the cooking time.
5. Add the double cream, butter and chopped coriander. Stir gently. Cover and simmer for a further 2 mins.

THE MOST DELICIOUS CURRY I HAVE EVER TASTED

The most delicious curry I have ever tasted AND, apart from the main part - the paste - I cooked it myself! I am not a great cook, but even I can't ruin this. I absolutely recommend Makhani Masala. I add lots of onions, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, etc., as well as chicken, and it is delicious.
I have just bought the rice, because I want to know if it actually is going to be the best rice I have ever had. I'll let you know when I leave my next review.

Fantastic Sauce, great Flavour

Have bought and cooked nearly the whole range of the Masala Sauces. They are all delicious, my wife and kids enjoy the flavours, particularly the Mekhani masala. Everyone says that it is delicious, and I totally agree. Easy to cook as well, just add the cashew butter and chicken and you have a lovely family meal.

I made chicken makhani which was absolutely delicious and so easy. It was a hit with my guests who thought I'd spent hours grinding my own spices. I teamed it with the pualo rice blend. My partner is now a rice convert after years of my stodgy attempts. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the outcome is exceptional. Well done Monalisa this will be a regular order x
