PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Turn your favourite meat, vegetable or seafood into crispy starters or snacks, using a few tbsps of this special blend. 

Serves 4-5
Net weight 120g

MILD 🌶️

INSTRUCTIONS:

Shopping List:

500g protein of your choice (chicken, seafood, paneer, or

vegetables like cauliflower florets, sliced mixed peppers, thickly sliced onion, potato wedges, sliced okra, or shredded cabbage.)

1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

Juice of ½ lime or lemon

HOW TO COOK:

1. Mix 50g of the Pakora Masala, ginger-garlic paste and 2-3 tbsp water to make a thick paste.

2. Add the protein or vegetable of your choice and mix thoroughly. Set aside for 15 mins.

3. Shallow fry using 4-5 tbsps. of oil on medium heat until golden brown and crispy.

Cooking guidelines:

Chicken: 10 mins on either side

Seafood and paneer: 3-5 mins

Vegetables: 7-10 mins

Squeeze half a lime over the cooked dish.

Delicious

Chicken Tikka Masala, mushroom and spring onion pakoras, tomato salad and my last tin of Spice Nan bread - success for four hungry humans. CAN YOU PLEASE START MARKETTING THE NAN AGAIN?
