I embarked on a personal quest to create a line of incredibly delicious products after recognising the stark difference between homemade Indian flavours and shop-bought alternatives.
I believe anyone can master the art of cooking delicious Indian food — with a little ‘help’ — and it is my greatest wish for you to enjoy both cooking and eating 'proper' Indian food at home.
