Great curry paste not too hot

Bought for my son, not tried yet. However, it couldn’t be anything but good coming from Monalisa.

This is the most delicious curry I’ve ever made myself, this is now my go to paste, whenever we want to cook a curry, it’s absolutely delicious, just wish I could buy a bigger jar 🤩

Easy to follow instructions contained in the kit. I used chicken, quicker cooking. I always have a tin of Ghee & Saffron to hand, added a tad more water as necessary. The end result was delicious and sadly - no left overs ! Will I buy again - YES

Cooking a biryani from scratch can be a time consuming job and sometimes it just doesn’t all work out. But with Monalisa’s Hyderabadi Biryani Kit it all came together perfectly. I chose chicken as the protein, nice and quick. The blend of spices in both the masala and the rice is genius. It would be even better if there was a masala to make a nice vegetable curry to accompany the delicious biryani
